Billy Wood Appliance Celebrates 50 Years

CELEBRATING 50 YEARS!

Billy Wood Appliance opened its doors on Hilton Head Island in 1972 and has remained in the same location since. In 2019, a new showroom was added in Bluffton providing two great locations in the lowcountry.

Over the years, the showrooms have been remodeled transforming how appliances are experienced, selected and purchased. Unlike other stores, BWA places a particular focus upon understanding your needs, selecting the right appliances—including style and features, careful delivery,expert installation and lifetime enjoyment.

In 2016, Billy Wood Appliance became a woman-owned business when it was purchased by owner, Brantley King. Every BWA employee is committed to Brantley’s philosophy of developing lasting relationships with homeowners and builders—treating everyone as a friend.
