Wayne Windham Architect is a small, very personalized firm with over 40 years of experience designing custom homes in the lowcountry. We pride ourselves in the relationships we build with our clients, listening to each wish list and designing based on lifestyles and the natural attributes of each site. Our use of building information modeling software allows for clients to better visualize their home before construction begins.

Headed by principal and owner Wayne Windham, the firm has established a benchmark of dynamic and functional designs and has received numerous regional and national design awards.
