It seems that consumers have developed two extreme approaches to bathroom design and remodeling. The first approach is the bathroom that’s only there to serve its purpose. It’s clean and tidy, but can be bland with basic white tile, white tub, vinyl floors, and simple light fixtures. It’s not a place to linger and enjoy, but rather a functional part of daily living. The second approach has gained popularity in recent years in the form of a luxurious, grand retreat with ornate trim, marble floors, granite countertops and quality cabinets.
